Blogging is a dynamic website that originally was a web log. All direct sales business professionals should blog to increase profits online. The best blog software is a WordPress template.
What Is A Blog
Blog is actually a term that was created for a dynamic website originally called a web log. A web log or “blog” was basically a continuous form of posting content which started out more like a diary than a website. Today many websites are blogs and many blogs are used as websites. Sometimes it is hard to tell the difference.
Blogging Creates Business Profit
Frequently direct sales professionals and home business owners struggle with getting shoppers or interested clients to their company-affiliated site. Adding blogging to your online presence will help to create profit on your home office replicated site. The replicated business site does not show up in the search engines because all the company’s consultants’ sites have the exact same content. Google does not recognize sites with duplicated content. On top of that, usually the URL is too long for anyone to remember and actually go there.
For a home business owner, blogging is the piece that should be added to social networking and the replicated site to complete the online circle. Think of the recycling wheel. Each arrow is leading to the next. Twitter to FaceBook to your blog, to your home office site and back around. Each part of the wheel completes a circle that brings traffic and publicity and ultimately creates an online profit for your business. No matter what your product, opportunity or services are if you are not doing all parts of the circle, then you are missing out on the opportunity to create a profit. You must complete the wheel.
Best Beginners Blog Software-WordPress Template
If you do not have a personal website or blog, then a WordPress-themed site is the best way to go. Novice bloggers will find the WordPress themes easy to learn and simple to get started with. The templates are designed to be search engine-friendly so that a beginner can make good progress in the search engines without a lot of knowledge or study. There are many websites that will teach you how to get started with blogging quickly, using a WordPress free or pay-for-service. You can do it yourself or pay someone to set it up for you, and then you can maintain the site.
When you have your own blog, you can create content that relates to your product, opportunity or services and that content will attract the attention of search engines. Then you can pass them over to your company sales site or gather names with a mailing opt-in list, and then use your newsletter to market to those interested niche customers.
Blog Advice For Direct Sales Professions
The best advice I can give to a new blogger is that you should just do it! Without a blog your affiliate site is sitting with very few visitors and your social efforts are only minimally effective. All direct sale professionals should have a blog in their niche to create desire for their online website through value-focused posts. Sometimes the free WordPress template is the way to start. There is a definite learning curve in anything new. If you are unsure of your ability to keep up on blogging, then start with a free service. If after blogging for a while, you decide that you cannot or will not continue, then you have not invested any money.
When you decide you will be able to keep up posting, then I would advise you to switch to a paid service so that as your website increases in value it will belong to you. The free service is a good test and also will give you some content to move over to the hosted blog. Some people use a free service forever but that is not necessarily the best way to go. When you are using a free blogging service like WordPress or eBlogger, you are basically renting a house. As the house increases in value due to the improvements you make, (adding content) the value belongs to the free hosting service. The content is yours and you many move it anytime but your Google rank will not go with you. Think about what a pain it is to move from a rental property. You end up leaving behind valuable items that became part of the real estate. If you are sure that you will keep on blogging, then just start with a paid hosting service.

Thank you for sharing such an insightful article with all of us. I’ve bookmarked your blog will come back for a re-read again. Keep up the great work. We have a Dan Kennedy Copywriting seminar that we offer to our customers you can check it out here Copywriting Tips Click here
This is good solid information that will get the new beginner started on their
way to their own blog. I completely agree with having your own blog though. I
have several on blogger.com still but am getting ready to move them to their
own domain. You are right though, I can not take my ranking with me and
will have to start from scratch on my own hosted blog.
I recommend all new bloggers to invest the $10 for a domain name and the
$10 monthly hosting fee(which you can then host unlimited amount of blogs)
and start out right. Besides, if you use WordPress on your own hosted blog,
there are plugins you can use to drive more traffic to your site for less work on
your part.
thanks for a great post!

You really make it seem so easy with your presentation but I find this matter to be actually something that I think I would never understand. It seems too complex and extremely broad for me. I am looking forward for your next post, I’ll try to get the hang of it!
