• Incorporate the business into the family and not the family into the business

Often times we try to make our family or personal priorities fit around our business. This can cause stress and even cause us to become overwhelmed. The beautiful part about the direct selling profession is that you can get to work when you want to.  For example, avoid adding the “spinning plates”, before you go ahead and accept an invitation to hold a party or do a show, ask yourself: “How will it affect my family and career balance? Will it make me move forward in achieving my personal goals and family dreams?”
